Big Rig Towing Company Has Only 2 Hours to Get a Broken Down Truck to Repair Shop!

The big rig towing team at Jones Bros. Towing and Trucking responded to a call from a stranded truck driver in Oak Grove. The driver was on his way to Chattanooga when he made a quick stop at Love’s Travel Stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard.

After he had stretched his legs and filled up his coffee cup, he was ready to continue his journey and complete his delivery. Unfortunately, his tractor had something else planned for him that day! Although his truck seemed to be in perfect working order when he came into the truck stop, he was unable to get it started again!

After five minutes of fruitless attempts, the truck driver finally gave in and realized that he would need help. The closest Freightliner dealership that could fit him in for repairs was over an hour away. To make matters worse, his truck would need to be at the dealership before 5PM and it was currently 3:00PM!

The stressed driver gave the big rig towing team at Jones Bros. a call and they made their way to him immediately. Their responsiveness had them by the drivers side in less than half an hour! No one does big rig towing quite like Jones Bros. What really sets them apart from other big rig towing companies is their experience and know-how.

The team knew that time was of the essence. Should they have towed the truck the conventional way, they would need to disconnect the driveline. So instead of towing the truck from the front end, the team decided to hook up to the rear end of the truck.

Thanks to the team’s quick thinking, the truck made it to the dealership with time to spare! Fantastic work out there team!
